Lone Tree Colorado was incorporated in 1996 and covers 1.7 square miles. Lone Tree is in what what called “south metro” are of Denver, and is a suburb of Denver. There has been a lot of new home construction in Lone Tree and trees and shrubs in lone Tree are really starting to take hold.
